Delete your account

Plantmon account help

You can delete your account in Plantmon from the Account screen. Choose Delete account and confirm the request in the app.

Can’t open the app?

Email hello@aevel.co with the subject Delete Plantmon account. Send the request from the email address linked to your account so we can verify it. Please do not send your password.

What gets deleted

We delete your account and account-linked Plantmon data, including your plant collection, garden progress, and scan photos stored by Plantmon. Account deletion cannot be undone. Subscription cancellation is handled separately in Google Play or the App Store. Deleting Plantmon does not cancel a store subscription.

When it is complete

We complete verified email requests within 30 days. We may keep records that the law requires us to retain.
